Responsibilities
- Build and improve multimodal AI pipelines for processing healthcare documents.
- Design LLM-powered extraction, classification, validation, and routing systems.
- Enhance document intelligence systems across various data processing stages.
- Develop voice AI workflows for patient and provider interactions.
- Create evaluation harnesses and benchmarks for extraction quality.
- Determine optimal methods for data processing and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement automation.
- Optimize cost, latency, and reliability of AI models and infrastructure.
- Deploy AI systems in AWS with strong operational observability.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building production AI systems with LLMs and OCR.
- Proven track record of shipping applied AI products.
- Deep familiarity with modern LLM workflows and evaluation techniques.
- Experience with document intelligence systems and workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and production codebases.
- Experience deploying AI systems in AWS or similar environments.
- Strong instincts for evaluation and quality assurance in AI systems.
- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data.
