Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure.
- Develop and operate a library of role-specific AI agents and prompt templates.
- Design and build internal tools for sales representatives and operators.
- Analyze Salesforce data and pipeline patterns to identify revenue constraints.
- Own the rep-facing intelligence layer for self-serve access to pipeline data.
- Govern GTM data integrity across the Sales stack.
- Maintain integration and data quality relationships for stable automation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using various tools.
- Working knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering.
- API and integration experience across core GTM platforms.
- Ability to build and debug GTM automations using AI coding tools.
- Strong fluency in GTM and sales processes.
- Background in GTM engineering or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
