Responsibilities

Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience required.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience beyond educational requirements.
- Experience varies depending on specialization in Professional Services.
- Broad skills in technology and analysis with effective communication abilities.
- Deep skills in business analysis and call center operations.
- Experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer or speaker.
- Deep technical expertise in software engineering, programming languages, and databases.
- Analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.
