Responsibilities
- Configure NiCE products according to customer requirements and best practices.
- Provide technical architecture, analysis, design, development, enhancement, programming, and database services.
- Perform process, data, and object modeling across application and database environments.
- Lead end-to-end system lifecycle development for small- to large-scale projects and serve in a project manager capacity.
- Conduct business analysis, business area assessments, user needs analysis, and business systems design.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and track project time and status.
- Develop client information-management standards and evaluate technology trends.
- Supervise junior client staff and subcontracted personnel during project lifecycles.
- Mentor and coach junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, such as computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, marketing, or management information systems, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience beyond the education requirement.
- Implementation experience spanning technology, analysis, technical and functional communication, and business relationship management.
- Depending on specialization, experience in contact-center business analysis and KPIs, training and public speaking, or software engineering, programming, integration, and databases.
- Analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, team-oriented, friendly, and an early adopter mindset.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
