Responsibilities
- Define the ServiceNow and Plutus application architecture and determine how Plutus fits within customer ServiceNow environments.
- Design scoped applications, workspaces, workflows, integrations, user experiences, and agentic AI patterns.
- Define how agents, workflows, business rules, integrations, and human approvals operate together.
- Establish technical standards for configuration, extension, governance, and platform guardrails.
- Validate AI behavior, escalation logic, guardrails, acceptance criteria, and operational monitoring requirements.
- Partner with customer technical teams on environment readiness, connectivity, identity and access, security, and deployment approach.
- Remain involved throughout implementation to maintain architecture integrity.
- Evaluate insurance-system integration complexity, dependencies, data readiness, and interactions with policy, claims, broker/customer, and document systems.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, App Engine, scoped applications, UI Builder, Workspaces, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with REST/API architecture, ServiceNow integration patterns, and customer environment connectivity.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, and AI-enabled workflow design.
- Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows and AI governance, guardrails, testing, validation, responsible AI controls, and operational monitoring.
- Experience with security and access design within ServiceNow and with technical governance for enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, agent orchestration, or related ServiceNow AI capabilities is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow solutions for insurance, financial services, risk, compliance, or other regulated workflow environments is preferred.
- Preferred awareness of insurance core-system integration concepts, policy administration, claims, broker/customer platforms, document systems, insurance data flows, data mapping, identity/access, and security considerations.
