Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Zero Trust architectures, modern identity solutions, and integrated security platforms for Defense Industrial Base customers.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Provide security architecture leadership for modernization initiatives, classified and high-side environments, cloud migrations, and digital transformation programs.
- Guide customers through identity lifecycle management, Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, privileged access controls, governance, compliance, and secure access strategies.
- Lead executive and technical design workshops and build trusted advisor relationships across customer, engineering, sales, customer success, and delivery organizations.
- Help customers securely adopt AI through governance frameworks, protected copilots and agents, human-in-the-loop controls, and security and data protection practices.
- Drive improved threat detection and response, identity security, regulatory compliance, and value from Microsoft Security investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft security products including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and XDR.
- Ability to guide customers through Zero Trust architecture and compliance frameworks.
- Experience delivering Enterprise Security Assessments and Well-Architected reviews such as WARA/WASA.
- Proven ability to drive customer outcomes across mission-critical workloads and provide consultative technical delivery.
- Experience with government or defense customers is highly valued.
- Strongly recommended certifications include SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500, AI-900, or Copilot for Security.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed at USD $106,400–$203,600 per year across the U.S.; the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range is USD $137,600–$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of five days, with applications accepted until filled.
