Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and integrate application programs according to customer test specifications.
- Provide onsite and offsite customer support, including production ramp-up, troubleshooting, and technical and methodological guidance.
- Conduct technical training for internal teams and customers.
- Participate in customer meetings and maintain communication across customer contacts and internal departments.
- Prepare monthly, trip, project, and other activity reports.
- Report system performance issues affecting tester operating systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support system sales.
- Coordinate with the worldwide Applications Team and contribute to process improvement and special projects.
Requirements
- Ability to perform application development, debugging, and integration for customer test environments.
- Ability to provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate across global teams, Cohu divisions, Sales, and Marketing.
- Willingness to self-educate on relevant engineering and technology trends.
- Ability to follow and improve business processes and communicate activity status effectively.
