Responsibilities
- Establish and grow clients’ Power Platform capabilities to enable automation and AI functions.
- Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop multi-agent solutions, Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Dataverse artefacts, AI Builder solutions, Business Process Flows, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages.
- Communicate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document requirements.
- Work directly with client and Avanade teams to deliver consulting services, share knowledge, and provide enablement.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and increase efficiency.
- Stay current with AI, Power Platform, and broader Microsoft technology capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
- Expertise with Power Automate desktop and cloud flows and Computer Use.
- Experience developing Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
- Experience with Dataverse tables and data formats including XML and JSON.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint-related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 SDK.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol, Agent to Agent, and LLM selection is advantageous.
- Software development experience with one or more of Python, JavaScript, JSON, React, .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET, REST services, or PowerShell is desirable.
- Experience with Power Pages is nice to have.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and clients in a dynamic consulting environment.
