Responsibilities

  • Set enterprise engineering excellence, architecture, quality, security, resilience, and performance standards.
  • Define and govern enterprise architectures, reference architectures, accelerators, platforms, and modernization strategies across cloud, data, AI, and modern applications.
  • Advise CEO, CIO, CTO, and CDO stakeholders on digital transformation, AI adoption, cloud strategy, platform modernization, and operating model changes.
  • Lead executive design sessions, architecture boards, transformation roadmap reviews, presales, deal shaping, estimates, risk profiling, and differentiated solution design.
  • Drive secure-by-design, Responsible AI, privacy, governance, reliability, and compliance practices for regulated environments.
  • Provide senior technical leadership across architect teams and mentor senior and principal architects.
  • Lead innovation pilots, lighthouse programs, and customer enablement from initial concepts through scaled production platforms.

Requirements

  • 22+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture, including significant CxO-level technical leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs across cloud, data, AI, and modern application platforms.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced certifications and industry recognition are preferred.
  • Expertise in enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, scalability, performance, secure application design, AI architectures, Azure cloud architecture, DevOps and platform engineering strategies, and executive solutioning.
