Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for AI and GenAI engagements, including classical ML, LLM applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
- Define enterprise data and AI architecture using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows, and Power BI.
- Design retrieval, embedding, indexing, hybrid search, re-ranking, agentic orchestration, memory, tool-use, and human-in-the-loop architectures.
- Design LLMOps/MLOps systems covering model serving, versioning, deployment pipelines, rollback, evaluation, observability, monitoring, drift detection, and inference cost optimization.
- Specify AI data requirements and partner with Data Solution Architects on data platforms, pipelines, modeling, and vector-store strategy.
- Embed Responsible AI, security, compliance, explainability, guardrails, and human oversight into solution designs.
- Guide engineering teams, review designs, resolve technical escalations, and support technical proposals, effort estimation, workshops, and client engagements.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Data/AI Solution Architect architecture with proven ownership of AI solutions in production.

- BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
- Strong hands-on GenAI architecture experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic patterns, orchestration frameworks, and tools such as LangChain, Haystack, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience with classical ML delivery, MLOps/LLMOps, evaluation design, model serving, observability, and inference cost optimization.
- Practical experience designing for Responsible AI, security, and compliance requirements, plus working knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, and modeling.
- Mandatory expertise in Python or Java, NLP, RegEx, spaCy, NLTK, and DevOps.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders with varying technical competency.
- Enterprise Architecture exposure is preferred.
