Responsibilities
- Develop tailored ServiceNow HRSD solutions in collaboration with process owners and product owners.
- Keep implementations aligned with ServiceNow standards and future platform enhancements.
- Advise internal departments using functional and technical ServiceNow expertise.
- Collect, analyze, and structure requirements.
- Ensure solution designs meet specifications, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams and contribute to the DevOps team.
- Use and evaluate AI technologies to improve solution design, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency and quality.
- Lead or support integrations with third-party systems using common integration technologies.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, focused on HRSD.
- In-depth ServiceNow architecture expertise and experience leading implementation projects.
- Extensive experience integrating third-party systems using common integration technologies.
- A background in ServiceNow or full-stack development is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification and project management knowledge are advantageous.
- Experience in agile and hybrid working environments, strong team orientation, and goal focus.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow AI platform capabilities, including NowAssist.
