Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Agentic AI platforms on AWS.
- Define platform strategy, operating models, governance frameworks, engineering standards, and reusable AI capabilities.
- Design single-agent, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop architectures, including orchestration, memory, knowledge management, runtime services, observability, and security.
- Define enterprise RAG and GraphRAG architectures using knowledge graphs, vector stores, metadata management, and semantic retrieval.
- Establish engineering standards for agent frameworks, foundation models, embeddings, vector databases, and AI technology stacks.
- Design AI governance, guardrails, security controls, model risk management, Responsible AI practices, compliance frameworks, LLMOps, AgentOps, evaluation pipelines, and monitoring.
- Architect cloud-native AI platforms and enterprise integration architectures involving APIs, event-driven systems, ERP, CRM, workflow, and data platforms.
- Establish architecture review boards, engineering governance processes, reusable platform accelerators, and adoption roadmaps.
- Work directly with CXOs and enterprise architecture teams to support enterprise AI transformation programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale AI and Agentic AI platforms on AWS.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing Agentic AI solutions with single-agent and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong expertise defining reference architectures for single-agent, multi-agent, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, SageMaker AI, and OpenSearch.
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, AWS Strands Agents, and Bedrock Agents.
- Expertise in AI platform operations, observability, monitoring, tracing, evaluation pipelines, governance, security, risk management, and compliance.
- Experience architecting cloud-native platforms with Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Neptune, OpenSearch, and S3.
- Experience building enterprise integration architectures and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Machine Learning Engineer, AWS AI Practitioner, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience working with banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise customers is preferred.
- Strong consulting, advisory, stakeholder management, and executive engagement experience is preferred.
