Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation materials.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and software implementation activities.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Maintain software quality, delivery schedules, customer satisfaction, and required project reporting.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Visual Basic (VB).
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation and test scenarios.
- Ability to document technical solutions, project status, and implementation details.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
