Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve the Postman Insights product.
- Build new AI-powered features for Postman Insights.
- Work directly with users to improve the Postman Insights experience.
- Own full-stack development for feature improvements and new feature prototypes.
- Improve the integration of Postman Insights into the broader Postman product experience.
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions alongside the team.
Requirements
- Strong frontend and backend implementation skills with experience building product features.
- Experience launching multiple user-facing products or features in collaboration with Product and Design.
- Experience driving large projects, including hands-on delivery across at least two projects and collaboration with multiple engineers across at least two projects.
- Experience making architecture-level decisions based on scaling or other constraints.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience delivering multiple user-facing products or features.
- Ability to rapidly prototype substantial features.
- Good grasp of AI technologies and ability to learn new AI technologies quickly.
- Strong product sense and ability to understand users and collaborate on solutions.
- Strong communication skills in a distributed engineering environment.
- Track record of mentoring others.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from the office five days per week.
- Experience working on developer tools is preferred.
