Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit, document, and validate client business requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration design with technical architects.
- Provide quality assurance by reviewing functional solution designs and test plans.
- Support pre-sales engagements through effort estimation, solution scoping, and proposal writing.
- Mentor junior consultants and business analysts and guide engagement workstreams.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary functional point of contact throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional configuration and architecture.
- Experience leading client-facing workshops and translating ambiguous requirements into clear solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing workstreams and guiding junior team members.
- Approximately 8–12 years of professional experience, including significant Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting experience.
- Experience designing solutions with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Common Data Model, and Azure integration patterns.
- Understanding of DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 CE, including ALM and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are held or in progress, preferably MB-210, MB-230, or PL-200.
