Senior Software Engineer - Quant Research Framework

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core framework components, tools, APIs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to support effective framework use and resolve technical issues.
- Translate researcher feedback into framework improvements.
- Support production setup, dependency management, release processes, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues with infrastructure and production teams.
- Monitor production usage and perform debugging, performance analysis, and optimization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience, ideally using Python and C++.
- Experience building frameworks, libraries, tooling, or production systems.
- Knowledge of Linux, debugging, testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
- Ability to analyze performance issues and production behavior.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with quantitative researchers.
- Experience in quantitative finance, trading, research platforms, or data-driven systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with backtesting, simulation, distributed computing, or production monitoring tools is preferred.
