Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Facets technical solutions across claims, membership, eligibility, enrollment, and billing.
- Analyze Facets environments and develop configuration, performance, and operational improvement strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Guide development teams on Facets customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Oversee unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Collaborate with data, integration, and operations teams to optimize data movement, interfaces, and healthcare business processes.
- Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, and preventive system-stability measures.
- Mentor consultants and technical team members.
- Support digital transformation, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and value-based care initiatives.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in product consulting, systems analysis, or technology consulting supporting enterprise healthcare platforms.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Facets configuration, customization, integrations, performance tuning, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including eligibility, enrollment, benefits, authorizations, claims adjudication, and billing.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating solution documentation, and translating business objectives into technical designs.
- Proven ability to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with test planning, defect management, release coordination, and production deployment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, distributed team environment.
- Facets technical training or certification is preferred.
- Professional certifications in healthcare IT, payer operations, benefits administration, or claims processing are preferred.
- Experience with large-scale healthcare transformation, healthcare integrations, data migration, enterprise architecture, mentoring, solution delivery leadership, value-based care, healthcare regulations, or emerging industry trends is preferred.
