Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks and deploy them into production.
- Own end-to-end delivery from scoping through production, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability while troubleshooting deployed solutions.
- Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and share insights with platform and product teams.
- Contribute feedback and code to the evolution of Kyndryl’s AI platforms and frameworks.
- Maintain continuous technical learning and adapt to emerging technologies and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and with distributed computing architectures.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
- Experience designing, building, or integrating multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, or CrewAI is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation architectures and structured and unstructured knowledge integration is preferred.
- Knowledge of system-level optimization and security practices for scalable AI systems is preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate with diverse and executive stakeholders.
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
