Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Design, implement, and test features for safe configuration deployments.
- Manage distributed systems, API development, and large-scale user migration challenges.
- Define, monitor, and improve Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives for configuration deployments.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues.
- Apply AI agentic tooling to improve system operability and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams and service owners to deliver configuration rollout solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience, or 1 year of software development experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- At least 2 years of experience with Go, C++, or Java.
- At least 2 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, and system development.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with generative AI agents, API development, and cloud.
Benefits
- Ireland base pay of €100000–€102000 EUR, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
