Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with backend and frontend expertise.
- Proven experience leading technical direction and making architectural decisions.
- Deep integration of AI tools into development processes.
- Ability to understand user needs and data model implications.
- Track record of improving team quality and mentoring engineers.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in code review and evaluating production readiness.
