Responsibilities
- Design and ship automated GTM workflows including outbound, inbound, routing, and follow-ups.
- Transform manual processes into scalable systems powered by AI and automation.
- Architect the flow of leads from signal to pipeline to revenue.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for enrichment, segmentation, and scoring.
- Ensure CRM and analytics tools are clean, connected, and actionable.
- Launch and iterate programmatic outbound and ABM campaigns.
- Use signals to trigger high-conversion workflows.
- Continuously optimize funnel performance end-to-end.
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to identify bottlenecks.
- Translate business problems into technical systems and workflows.
- Run rapid experiments on ICPs, messaging, and channels.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in a technical, growth, or revenue-adjacent role.
- Strong systems thinking to connect sales, marketing, product, and data.
- Outcome-driven focus on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
- Comfortable with APIs, SQL, automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Able to design and build workflows across the GTM stack.
- Bonus: light scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong commercial instinct with an understanding of revenue generation.
- Builder mindset with the ability to define problems and ship solutions.
- Optimizes for leverage by replacing manual work with scalable systems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
