Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and packaged or SaaS applications to meet business needs.
- Manage application releases while preserving compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs.
- Document configuration changes and maintain the knowledge base.
- Contribute to team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management and experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Ability to work with APIs to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving issues in packaged applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
