Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Build solutions using Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce object and data model design.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and related middleware approaches.
- Support technical solution design, delivery, and production enhancements.
- Collaborate across multiple client departments while meeting commercial and legal requirements.
- Solve complex client problems and deliver practical, insightful solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Strong technical foundation in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and platform-specific implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce object and data model design.
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying scalable CRM solutions.
- Proficiency integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware approaches.
- Working knowledge of technical consulting practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing needs, and solve complex problems.
