Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their AssemblyAI journey.
- Onboard customers and integrate AssemblyAI voice AI models into current and future product features.
- Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to incorporate voice AI into product roadmaps.
- Manage a portfolio of technical customers through primarily asynchronous communication.
- Lead commercial and project meetings demonstrating the value of AssemblyAI’s voice AI capabilities.
- Drive customer growth and API usage across product offerings and end-user use cases.
- Build customer relationships, unblock issues, and advocate for long-term customer success.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to influence the product roadmap.
- Help customers select appropriate plans, models, use cases, and commercial agreements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a technical account manager, account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant.
- Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to identify voice AI integration opportunities and create detailed execution plans.
- Passion for applying AI technology to real-world customer challenges.
- Willingness to work across software engineering, product management, account management, and customer support responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, switch contexts frequently, and take expansive ownership.
