Responsibilities

Own reliability, performance, scalability, and stability outcomes for assigned production services.
Lead investigation, mitigation, live debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of critical production incidents.
Develop and maintain scalable .NET and C# services focused on performance, resilience, and maintainability.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure automation, and operational workflows.
Use New Relic, Elasticsearch, and AppDynamics to improve monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response.
Design cloud-native solutions using Azure, containers, Kubernetes, Functions, batch processes, and message queues.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, release-readiness validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
Drive measurable improvements in uptime, latency, throughput, incident reduction, and mean time to detection and resolution.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience with strong .NET, C#, and VB.NET expertise.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Elasticsearch, or AppDynamics.
At least 3 years of experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure automation.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Hands-on Kubernetes experience managing containerized applications and microservices.
Proven ability to perform live debugging and resolve production issues in real time.
Experience designing and implementing Functions, batch jobs, and message queues.
Strong experience with code reviews, unit testing, and maintaining high-quality code standards.
Ability to own critical production incidents and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, written communication, verbal communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications include Agile experience, Azure or DevOps certifications, familiarity with additional cloud platforms or container orchestration tools, and experience with fintech, payments, or high-throughput transactional systems.
