Base Salary
$180k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale support operations.
- Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
- Code alongside customer technical teams to complete projects and deliver integrations.
- Prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining quality and focus on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, and R&D teams on delivery and product feedback.
- Codify best practices and share insights to help scale Forward Deployed Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background and experience building software used in real-world settings.
- Interest in AI and machine learning and ability to understand novel architectures, trade-offs, and limitations.
- Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
- Proficiency in using and writing REST APIs.
- Ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
- Experience building a SaaS product is preferred but not required.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
