Base Salary
$165k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build automated compliance pipelines that enforce policies on infrastructure changes and compute provisioning
- Implement version-controlled, peer-reviewed policy-as-code using OPA/Rego, Conftest, or InSpec
- Automate timestamped and immutable audit evidence collection for SOC 2, SOX, and ISO 27001
- Build and maintain compliance dashboards and reporting for posture scores and framework coverage
- Integrate security scanning into CI/CD and automate governance workflows across environments
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Mastery of Go or Python, including concurrency primitives, memory management, and performance optimization at scale
- Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Buildkite
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work self-directed and take ownership of workstreams on a small collaborative team
- Experience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA/Rego, Sentinel, Checkov, or InSpec is preferred
- Familiarity with SOC 2, SOX, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF is preferred
- Background in cloud infrastructure, bare metal, or compute platform environments is preferred
- Applicants must meet applicable U.S. export-control access or authorization requirements
