Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end developer pipeline, including source control and artifact release.
- Design, scale, and maintain distributed CI/CD engines for a growing engineering team.
- Build and refine internal tooling for test automation and observability.
- Profile and optimize compilation and test cycle times for quick developer feedback.
- Build and manage cloud-native testing and deployment environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain and scale global infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or a related infrastructure role.
- Production experience with CI platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.
- Proven track record managing public cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in languages like Python or Bash.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems administration and distributed systems concepts.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
