Responsibilities

  • Research and develop foundational agent technologies, including multi-agent frameworks and memory mechanisms, for the Ark Large Model Platform.
  • Develop specialized agents such as UI Agents and DeepResearch Agents to improve large-model performance.
  • Design and implement efficient, user-friendly agent development toolkits.
  • Explore new agent methods and paradigms and contribute to advancing the agent technology field.
  • Investigate agent evaluation methodologies and build an evaluation system for the Ark Agent ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Go.
  • Strong understanding of large language models, including their principles and application methods.
  • Deep understanding of agent-related methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning and planning algorithms is preferred.
  • Ability to reproduce research papers and translate research into production systems is preferred.
  • Publications in top-tier conferences or contributions to open-source projects are preferred.
