Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
  • Translate business, functional, security, and integration requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow designs.
  • Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow enhancements, integrations, automation, modernization, upgrades, and platform initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, notifications, Service Catalog, APIs, and scheduled processing.
  • Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, file-based integrations, and other integration patterns.
  • Support ITSM capabilities including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and related workflows.
  • Design and support ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Strategic Planning, and Agile delivery components.
  • Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation across ServiceNow, integrations, data, authentication, infrastructure dependencies, and connected systems.
  • Participate in upgrades, patches, releases, environment management, testing, validation, and post-release support.
  • Design and maintain roles, groups, ACLs, delegation behavior, privileged-access controls, and other platform security mechanisms.
  • Support CMDB and CSDM implementation, integrations, and data-quality practices.
  • Establish engineering standards, reusable development and integration patterns, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
  • Review solutions for architectural, scalability, security, maintainability, and technical-debt concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ServiceNow administrators, developers, technical resources, and implementation partners.

Requirements

  • Approximately 7+ years of ServiceNow experience in an engineering, development, senior administration, technical leadership, architecture, or similar technical role.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and at least one current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or comparable advanced ServiceNow certification.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting ServiceNow in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, core platform capabilities, scripting, development, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, notifications, scheduled processing, and automation.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and file-based integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed integrations and processes spanning ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, testing, production deployment, and post-release support.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow security concepts, data models, application relationships, workflow and automation patterns, and platform architecture.
  • Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM principles and their relationship to ServiceNow applications and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause-analysis, technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
