
Senior Lead - AI Engineering

Responsibilities
- Build and deploy solution-ready LLM-enabled applications spanning backend logic, data orchestration, and frontend UI.
- Architect and implement resilient, secure, scalable AI-native software in production environments.
- Develop APIs, orchestration pipelines, vector database integrations, LLM frameworks, and UI components.
- Create reusable libraries, prompts, scaffolds, SDKs, documentation, and internal tooling to accelerate future engagements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems, define AI-powered workflows, prioritize initiatives, and iterate in live environments.
- Integrate applications with legacy systems and shared enterprise platforms.
- Implement responsible AI, governance, access management, and RBAC controls in collaboration with security, controls, architecture, and identity teams.
- Debug distributed systems, tune latency, implement monitoring, and maintain operational excellence across services and capabilities.
- Deploy environments, assign digital workers, and manage server, user, and credential capacity across automation lifecycle stages.
- Coordinate third-party strategic partners and provide engineering leadership, training, support, and consultation to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software in production environments.
- Backend experience with Python, Node.js, and Java.
- Frontend experience with React and Angular.
- API experience with REST and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, prompt chaining, vector search, and context management.
- Experience debugging distributed systems, tuning performance and latency, and implementing monitoring.
- Ability to contribute to shared SDKs and engineering tools with a platform mindset.
- Product sensibility focused on user value, MVP iteration, and long-term scale.
- Experience deploying in Azure or GCP with containers and infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to manage coordination and governance of third-party strategic partner talent networks.
- Experience integrating AI into business processes, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI’s impact on business functions.
