Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise sales teams and regional channel partners on customer discovery and strategic technical engagement.
- Identify customer challenges, desired outcomes, and opportunities for cross-product and solution expansion.
- Investigate client pain points and craft solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Serve as a product expert and deliver compelling demonstrations of Atlassian software.
- Guide customers on technical best practices and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales counterparts to improve customer engagement and optimize the sales cycle.
- Gather customer feedback and competitive insights for product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles at technology vendors or technology-driven organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Atlassian’s product suite and ability to communicate its value for complex business challenges.
- Proven experience delivering product or solution demonstrations and leading technical evaluations.
- Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities and align solutions with customer goals.
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while balancing competing priorities.
