Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of Global Relay's security architecture.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise security architecture principles and standards.
  • Conduct security architecture reviews and threat modeling exercises.
  • Contribute to the development of the security technology roadmap.
  • Evaluate and test security technologies and services.
  • Define integration patterns between security platforms.
  • Partner with various teams to implement security technologies and controls.
  • Translate business and regulatory security requirements into technical controls.
  • Assess emerging technologies and cyber threats.
  • Support compliance initiatives and audits.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
  • Champion security best practices and contribute to security maturity.
  • Provide guidance for the secure adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Cyber Security, with at least 3 years in a Security Architect role.
  • Experience designing and implementing security architectures across various domains.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into security architecture.
  • Strong experience in conducting security architecture reviews and assessments.
  • Deep understanding of modern security technologies and architectures.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating security technologies in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle practices.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Information Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Methodical and strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize competing initiatives.
