Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise customers.
- Analyze customer architectures, recommend solutions, facilitate deployment, and manage expectations around technical constraints.
- Identify and remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption.
- Choose between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements in collaboration with product development.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
- Advise customers on authentication, user and group management, and provisioning best practices.
- Translate customer technical requirements into successful deployments on client infrastructure and integrations with source systems.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution, such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient Kubernetes applications.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code, such as with Terraform, is required.
- Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred; Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible experience is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial.
- Experience with REST or SOAP API management, Kafka or similar data ingestion and streaming technologies, SSO, LDAP, and IT security is beneficial.
- Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL experience for large data volumes is beneficial.
- Knowledge of security and compliance for enterprise applications is required.
- Solid project management and customer-facing experience, with the ability to explain technical concepts to broader audiences.
