Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of Celonis for enterprise clients.
- Lead technical discussions to analyze customer architecture and recommend optimal solutions.
- Remove technical obstacles to maximize Celonis user adoption.
- Promote reusability by collaborating with product development on customer solutions and platform enhancements.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs.
- Guide customers on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 7+ years, with at least 3 years in deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one specific Kubernetes distribution (e.g., Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift).
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required; existing clearance is a strong advantage.
- Very good understanding of best practices in deploying and maintaining highly available, secure containerized applications.
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), with Terraform experience required.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with modern tech stacks and methods like REST/SOAP API-Management and Data Ingestion.
- Experience in industry with Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- A solution-oriented professional who can communicate technical concepts to a broader audience.
