Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic discovery engagements and design end-to-end workflow architectures for enterprise clients.
- Establish long-term digital strategies and serve as a trusted technical advisor to construction industry customers.
- Act as a technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams.
- Guide new product introductions and collaborate with executive partners and project management teams.
- Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive process improvements across client engagements.
- Manage complex client relationships, gather requirements, and drive multi-project engagements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience integrating, implementing, and/or supporting one or more Trimble Construction One solutions.
- At least 5 years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships, gathering requirements, and driving multi-project engagements.
- Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Experience with Smartsheet or professional services automation tools such as Kantata is preferred.
- PMP certification or a background in instructional design and technical consulting is preferred.
