$130k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for mobile, web, and device integrations.
- Design scalable PostgreSQL schemas for clinical workflows, device telemetry, and audit trails.
- Build and support AWS QuickSight dashboards for operational and clinical metrics.
- Create or manage ETL and data pipelines aggregating patient session data and system logs.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and auditability across backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical teams to translate real-world needs into backend systems.
- Own and evolve backend architecture and infrastructure supporting the clinical platform and medical devices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building robust backend systems and APIs.
- Extensive PostgreSQL experience, including tuning, migrations, and schema design, particularly on AWS RDS.
- Expertise designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs, including authentication and versioning practices.
- Familiarity with AWS QuickSight or other BI tools for surfacing operational insights.
- Passion for eradicating depression and motivation to work in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong resilience, adaptability, learning ability, and consistent delivery of results.
