Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of Snowflake’s infrastructure and services.
- Contribute to building and operating highly scalable, resilient, and performant infrastructure.
- Work on large and complex projects involving cloud infrastructure, platforms, tools, and automation.
- Evangelize and drive adoption of the Platform to meet business goals.
- Support junior team members and ensure excellent code quality and documentation.
Requirements
- BS/CS, MS/CS, or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a platform or cloud team supporting mission-critical services in a SaaS environment.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and coding skills.
- At least 1+ years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Fluent in one or more programming languages (Golang, Java, Python, C).
- Proficient in areas such as container platforms, automation, networking, and infrastructure as code solutions.
- Tremendous attention to detail and ability to build reliable and scalable software systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage.
