Responsibilities
- Contribute to the long-term vision for a modern, service-based architecture.
- Own front-to-back software features from inception through delivery.
- Build and evolve user experiences, APIs, analysis tools, and critical financial data services.
- Contribute to architecture designs, product roadmaps, and code reviews.
- Analyze complex requirements, determine optimal approaches, and drive platform changes.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor teammates and help establish a high-performing engineering standard.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in software development.
- Experience building services with Java, SQL, and AWS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Ember, Angular, or React, with willingness to learn Ember if needed.
- Understanding of service-based architecture and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated use of AI in a professional engineering environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to strong software development practices.
- Interest or experience in the financial industry or wealth management.
- Legal authorization to work in Poland on the first day of employment is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
