Base Salary
$200k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for AI-powered features.
- Architect and implement complex Multi-Agent Systems for sophisticated tasks.
- Build frameworks for evaluating AI system quality and manage fine-tuning pipelines.
- Define and manage AI infrastructure using Terraform.
- Analyze tradeoffs between model performance, latency, and cost for technical decisions.
- Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate AI features into the main application.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem for web services and data processing.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and major cloud platforms.
- Passion for shaping 0→1 products in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Familiarity with managed AI services and working with LLMs is a plus.
- Experience with open-source agentic frameworks or MLOps is a plus.
