Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of high-quality cloud-native applications.
Write maintainable and secure code and develop microservices, containerised applications, and event-driven components.
Implement automated testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Support observability, resilience engineering, performance tuning, and other site reliability practices.
Coach and mentor developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to technical standards and frameworks.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and develop shared frameworks, libraries, and platform components with architects.
Collaborate with product, platform, QA, UX/UI, and third-party teams throughout delivery and support cycles.
Drive engineering innovation, developer-experience improvements, and continuous learning.

8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, or Python.
Modern frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
Advanced experience with Azure or AWS/GCP equivalents.
Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework capabilities.
Experience with test-driven development and automated testing practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
Secure coding experience and familiarity with OWASP principles.
