Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of high-quality cloud-native applications.
- Write maintainable and secure code and develop microservices, containerised applications, and event-driven components.
- Implement automated testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Support observability, resilience engineering, performance tuning, and other site reliability practices.
- Coach and mentor developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to technical standards and frameworks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and develop shared frameworks, libraries, and platform components with architects.
- Collaborate with product, platform, QA, UX/UI, and third-party teams throughout delivery and support cycles.
- Drive engineering innovation, developer-experience improvements, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, or Python.
- Modern frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Advanced experience with Azure or AWS/GCP equivalents.
- Strong expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework capabilities.
- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Secure coding experience and familiarity with OWASP principles.
