Base Salary
$165k - $253k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows, agent-based systems, reusable agent architectures, prompt libraries, workflow templates, and automation frameworks.
- Build and maintain workflow automation and orchestration connecting AI agents, data, and business systems.
- Integrate AI solutions with Salesforce, Eloqua, SiteCore, internal data platforms, MCPs, APIs, and connectors.
- Establish monitoring, logging, evaluation, validation, quality, governance, compliance, auditability, and reporting mechanisms for AI systems.
- Partner with marketing teams to identify automation opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, train users, drive adoption, and document processes and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve marketing productivity, campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and system scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Strong Python development experience and experience with LLM APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and Gemini.
- Experience with workflow automation or orchestration platforms such as n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Zapier, or comparable tools.
- Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, enterprise, and business systems.
- Strong understanding of prompt design, evaluation methodologies, production AI operations, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Preferred qualifications include multi-agent systems, agent orchestration frameworks, MCP, tool-use architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, MLOps, AI observability, internal platforms, marketing technology, AI governance, validation, and audit trails.
