Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services in C#/.NET using clean architecture and engineering best practices.
- Deliver end-to-end features across APIs, system integrations, approval workflows, and the React web portal.
- Participate in Agile two-week sprints, code reviews, technical discussions, and collaboration with business stakeholders and other system teams.
- Write and maintain unit and regression tests.
- Document technical decisions and help teammates with technical questions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience in C#/.NET; 7+ years is preferred.
- Experience building applications from scratch rather than only maintaining existing systems.
- Applied knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, separation of concerns, DRY, and domain-driven design.
- Working knowledge of React and CSS.
- Experience writing unit and regression tests and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong in-person communication, teamwork, adaptability to a corporate environment, and professional-level English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Miami Lakes, Florida office.
- Banking or financial-services experience, REST API and messaging integrations, workflow and approval-process experience, and familiarity with Mantis are preferred.
