Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks and custom AI developer tooling.
- Balance rapid prototyping with long-term architectural sustainability.
- Integrate and optimize various commercial and open-source large language models.
- Leverage advanced AI coding tools to enhance engineering velocity.
- Implement frameworks for benchmarking and evaluating agent performance.
- Mentor engineers and set standards for code quality and system performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage technical debt and design clean API boundaries.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
- Deep familiarity with diverse LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Prior early-stage startup experience with a focus on execution.
- Proficiency in writing clean, high-performance code in Python or Go.
