Base Salary
$166k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent frameworks and orchestration layers.
- Balance rapid prototyping with long-term architectural sustainability.
- Integrate and optimize various commercial and open-source large language models.
- Leverage advanced AI coding tools to enhance engineering velocity.
- Implement frameworks for benchmarking and evaluating agent performance.
- Set engineering standards and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven ability to judge technical debt and ship MVPs quickly.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
- Deep familiarity with diverse LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Prior early-stage startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in building software with advanced AI coding tools.
- Strong coding skills in languages like Python or Go.
