Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases.
- Translate abstract business problems into concrete AI solutions.
- Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to Valtech’s AI Accelerators.
- Support MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and automation of AI workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10 years of overall work experience.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Python.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, and MCPs, with awareness of current AI research and technologies.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
