Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements, document processes, and design automation solutions.
- Support RPA development using UiPath and Blue Prism, including workflow creation, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data and apply process mining and task mining to identify automation opportunities.
- Build stakeholder-facing reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Assist with machine learning and AI-powered automation experiments, including data preparation and predefined scripts.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and help build, configure, monitor, and validate AI agents and LLM-powered features.
- Review model outputs for accuracy and escalate hallucinations or unexpected responses.
- Document automation processes, prompts, testing results, and agent behavior.
- Participate in design and code reviews and support project coordination, documentation, and presentation tasks.
- Research intelligent automation technologies and collaborate with analytics and automation teams.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, MIS, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and relevant coursework in computer science, data science, or related areas.
- Familiarity with UiPath or Blue Prism, process mining techniques, and automation methodologies.
- Foundational programming experience with one or more of VB.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, VBA, Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON payloads, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Exposure to LLMs, chatbots, or AI tools through personal, academic, or project work is preferred.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or strong interest in learning them.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
