
Application Support Engineering Intern - Summer 2027

- Collaborate with architecture, software development, security, and DevOps teams on scalable and secure Application Support solutions.
- Develop and promote Application Support best practices.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous software delivery.
- Maintain Application Support tools for vendor and security compliance.
- Support tool performance against agreed-upon service-level agreements.
- Implement security measures protecting data, systems, and applications.
- Monitor industry trends and apply relevant improvements to development and deployment processes.
- Address issues, pursue operational improvements, and document processes for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and interest in developing solutions, customer service, and team success.
- Ability to author, test, and iterate prompts or instructions and evaluate responses for accuracy, safety, and tone.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio topics, intents, instructions, Generative Answers, knowledge sources, and actions through Power Automate or connectors.
- Scripting and automation skills with JavaScript, Node.js, YAML, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Azure, Oracle Cloud, or AWS, including infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and security.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
