Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture, software development, security, and DevOps teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure application support solutions.
- Develop and promote application support best practices.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to streamline software delivery and improve system performance.
- Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for continuous software delivery.
- Maintain application support tools for vendor and security compliance.
- Support tool performance against agreed-upon service-level agreements.
- Implement and maintain security measures for data, systems, and applications.
- Monitor industry trends and apply relevant technologies and practices to improve development and deployment processes.
- Address issues, pursue improvements, and document processes for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree-seeking program in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to author, test, and iterate prompts or instructions and evaluate responses for accuracy, safety, and tone.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio topics, intents, instructions, Generative Answers, knowledge sources, and Power Automate connectors.
- Scripting and automation skills in technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, YAML, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Azure, Oracle Cloud, or AWS, including infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and security.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop solutions, with a focus on customer service and team success.
