Salesforce Solution Architect (Healthcare or Health Cloud exp mandatory)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Work with customers, business executives, business analysts, IT development staff, partners, and internal teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into business and technical requirements, solution designs, configurations, user stories, business rules, rate models, and data models.
- Map business requirements to Salesforce Industries and Vlocity functionality and identify appropriate CRM capabilities and solution designs.
- Technically lead complex projects through analysis, architecture, design, build, testing, and production.
- Evaluate the long-term operational, roadmap, upgrade, conflict, and limitation impacts of proposed capabilities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Industries product management and cross-functional teams to improve Health Cloud and other Industry Cloud products.
- Champion AI-first delivery methods and use AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate implementations.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of healthcare industry experience and experience implementing healthcare solutions for operators.
- Demonstrated healthcare domain or Health Cloud experience is mandatory.
- Experience engaging business users, gathering requirements, and creating solution designs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, with Salesforce administration experience at minimum.
- Experience with process modeling tools, data modeling, systems analysis and design, and project management tools and practices.
- Ability to technically lead complex projects across the complete IT lifecycle.
- Proven record of successful customer project delivery, preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, and ability to learn new technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Certified Scrum Master, or Certified Product Owner.
