Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical feasibility, translate client requirements into resilient software architectures, define granular features, and estimate implementation effort.
- Design secure microservice architectures and scalable REST/FastAPI endpoints for AI model serving.
- Build autonomous agentic systems, custom tool integrations, and multimodal generative AI pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, participate in recruitment interviews, and establish coding standards and team best practices.
- Manage Kubernetes deployments, automated delivery pipelines, and containerized application lifecycles.
- Optimize GPU and memory utilization and apply CUDA optimization for efficient inference workloads.
- Evaluate emerging software and AI technologies and refine the team’s technology stack.
Requirements
- At least five years of proven experience in software engineering and AI implementations, plus at least six years of overall work experience.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence principles, deep learning frameworks, and Python.
- Expertise in object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and secure JSON API development.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK, or vLLM and vector databases such as Qdrant or Milvus.
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure design, including OpenShift, Docker or Podman, and Helm.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, production RAG applications, retrieval and generation evaluation metrics, and prompt engineering at scale.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and production computer vision applications.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, signal processing, or data science is desirable.
- Experience with TensorRT or Triton inference serving is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-focus, results-oriented, and collaborative competencies.
