Base Salary

$139k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, AWS, and related tools and libraries.
Build and maintain customer-facing search personalization, homepage, registration, Favorites, and Saved Searches experiences.
Own projects from definition and design through development and delivery while balancing infrastructure investments with pragmatic business solutions.
Use AI code-generation tools to document, architect, and create code, and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to define, design, and develop projects.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Participate in an on-call rotation for production systems and service reliability when applicable, including possible nights and weekends.

At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience building customer-facing applications.
Experience with AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
A proven track record designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity and empathize with customers.
Interest in learning, taking risks, and championing new ideas.
